We want you to love your BLANKSLATE pieces as much as we loved creating them. 💛
✅ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
In line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item is:
Faulty or damaged,
Not as described, or
Doesn’t do what it’s meant to do.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, details of the issue, and a photo if possible.
❌ Change of Mind & Sizing
As each piece is printed to order in limited runs, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
Change of mind, or
Incorrect sizing.
To help you choose confidently, we provide a detailed size guide for every product. Please check your measurements carefully before purchasing.
📦 How to Return an Approved Item
If your return has been approved under ACL:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Returns must be posted back within 14 days of approval.
We’ll cover return postage if the product is faulty or incorrect - otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement.
